Our Health and Labour Safety management goal; is to ensure that all our employees are willing to embrace this system as part of their life.
It is the primary duty of all managers and employees to establish and develop common behaviours, habits, beliefs and values in all stakeholders, and to pay attention to the confidentiality of information about individuals without harming public health when necessary. We have a vital prescription for safe and healthy working environments, and we focus on training for all of our people.
KLK Endüstri; focusses on preventing the accidents in the first place, and in the cases where they cannot be prevented, to mitigate and minimize the effects of these accidents. For this reason, the observed threats, such as the examination of past accidents, the follow-up of the near-miss incidents, are reported, analysed and transformed into proactive and preventive actions.
- ● Prioritization and risk assessments taking into account the identification, impact and other characteristics of the hazards that may occur in our activities,
- ● Preparation and implementation of occupational health and safety measures in line with legal regulations and risk management hierarchy,
- ● Developing convenient risk response strategies that should positively impact the success of the main objectives of the project, such as cost, duration, quality,
- ● Evaluation of the risk management effectiveness by following the implementation of the risk processes and the decisions taken regarding the risk, making the decisions based on the current information about the project general risk appearance and project risks,
The personnel members are encouraged to take responsibility for themselves and other employees' health and safety, and to identify risks in their working environment, to raise money and to create new ideas on this area. For all staff members, the following points are applicable;

- ● Occupational Health and Safety tasks and responsibilities are clearly defined,
- ● Emergency management and emergency action plans are implemented,
